Everything I wanted inside a little light camcorder. The automatic stabilizer feature is great. All features and functions work as advertized. Options like wide and tele lenses work excellent. It’s handy to have an additional battery. Definitely worth the price. Still photo capability is very great. There’s a low res still capability in the video mode too.

However I have the same problem numerous other people had with other models of Canon camcorder motor noise. Honestly, it isn’t very loud itself about the same as in other cameras, but Optura’s michrophones tend to record the engine noise much louder than other cameras.
